Can I leave while my laundry is running?
Customers are responsible for monitoring their laundry and personal belongings.
If you leave the laundromat, please return before your cycle finishes so your items do not prevent other customers from using the machine.
What happens if I leave my clothes in a machine after the cycle ends?
To keep machines available for other customers, laundry left in a completed machine may be removed after a reasonable amount of time.
We recommend keeping track of your cycle and returning promptly when it finishes.
Do you have parking?
Customer parking is available in the shared parking lot outside the laundromat.
Parking is shared with neighboring businesses and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I wash pet bedding?
Most machine-washable pet bedding may be accepted for self-service use, provided it is not heavily contaminated and is safe for our equipment.
Please check the care label and ask an attendant if you are unsure.
Are there items you will not accept for Wash & Fold?
For safety and sanitation reasons, we may decline items that are:
Heavily contaminated
Infested with pests
Saturated with oil, gasoline, or flammable substances
Contaminated with hazardous chemicals
Dry-clean-only
Unsafe for standard commercial washing equipment
If you are unsure about an item, please ask before dropping it off.
